Focus: Having confidence in the Lord

Proverbs 3:7-8 (NKJV) Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones.

The opposite of fear is confidence. When we put our confidence in ourselves and our abilities—we reap fear and failure. When we put our confidence in the Lord and in the power of His Word, we will reap His rest and strength. The more we meditate on His Word, the more confidence we will have in Him.
